1. Create New Assets: Import URL vs. Manual Setup

Click the "+ Create New Asset" button in the upper-right corner of the workspace to open the Asset Editor. Under the "Basic Info" tab, you can catalog your assets using two methods:

Method A: Auto-Import Product Link (AI Data Spider) Locate the "AI Data Spider" widget at the top of the page. Click "Start Import" and paste your e-commerce URL (Taobao, Tmall, Amazon, Shopify, Lazada, etc.). Click "Extract Data". The AI parser scrapes the title, description, pricing parameters, and USPs, automatically pre-filling the inputs. Selected scraped images can be saved into your Asset Media Gallery.
Method B: Manual Input & Deep AI Rewrite If you do not have a web link, manually type the Name, Price, and a brief description. Click the "Deep AI Rewrite" button (designated with the ✦ glow icon) next to the description. AI automatically expands raw text drafts into optimized sales copy in English, Chinese, or Malay while framing matching targets in the background.

2. Basic Info & Media Gallery Configuration

Configure base attributes and media files under the primary layout tabs:

Media Gallery Integration Upload product photos, campaign videos, or logo design branding assets. Auto-imported images from the AI Spider will also appear here.

3. Target Audience Setup

Open the "Target Audience" tab at the top of the editor interface to partition marketing groups:

Target Audience Rules Type your custom demographic segment description in the bottom input bar (e.g. 25-35 working professionals interested in skincare). You can use "AI Generate" (✦ glow icon) to analyze high-potential target niches automatically. Hover over tags to select custom AI rewriting adjustments.

4. Video Hooks & Knowledge Base

Inject narrative elements and proprietary details to train automated response bots:

Video Hooks Tab Draft scene script hooks or generate viral openings via AI. Refine individually using inline editing or AI rewritten adjustments.

Knowledge Base Tab Add detailed Q&As, returns policies, product sizing guidelines, or regional shipping parameters. The WAS Assist bot crawls these answers to respond to customer inquiries automatically.

5. Automation & WAS Assist Configurations

Configure how AI automatically follow ups and interacts with leads:
