We only collect data necessary to generate high-performing marketing campaigns, landing pages, and auto-responses for your business. This includes:

• User Account Information: Name, business email, contact number, billing details, and login credentials.
• Extracted Campaign Assets: E-commerce product links (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, WooCommerce), descriptions, prices, images, and keywords you submit to Sgen AI for analysis.
• Integration Credentials: Access tokens and IDs for Meta Ads Manager, WhatsApp APIs, FB Pixels, Google Tag Manager, or TikTok Pixels that you voluntarily connect. We encrypt and store these tokens securely.
• Slang and Voice Data: Custom regional vocabulary, voice transcripts, user-generated comments, and prompts inputted to train your local AI assistants.
• Usage Logs: IP address, device specs, browser type, interaction duration, and click metrics.

3. How We Process and Use Your Information

We process your data for the following legitimate commercial purposes:

• To analyze e-commerce URLs and automatically generate tailored marketing copywriting, visual mockups, and script storyboards.
• To provision custom-subdomain landing pages and manage user-triggered updates.
• To optimize live Meta ad campaigns and automate budget redistribution on your linked Ads accounts based on your criteria.
• To facilitate WhatsApp CRM chat simulations and automated messaging funnels.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized system usage.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party API Integrations

To deliver AI functionality, Sgen AI coordinates with specialized global sub-processors. We only share the minimum required variables under strict encryption:

• Large Language & Generation Models: Prompts and assets may be processed via OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or specialized open-source model instances hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) or cloud servers. None of these sub-processors are authorized to use your proprietary customer data to train public models.
• Social Media and Ad Platforms: We push campaign structures to Meta Graph API, Google Ads API, and TikTok Ads API solely upon your manual authorization.
• Payment Gateways: All billing, subscription payments, FPX online banking, and Touch 'n Go transactions are processed by certified third-party payment processors. Sgen AI does not store raw credit card numbers or banking passwords.

5. Absolute Limitation of Liability for AI-Generated Outputs

Sgen AI utilizes probabilistic AI algorithms to generate copywriting, ad angles, and automatic customer conversations. We do not warrant the absolute accuracy, legality, copyright ownership, or commercial success of AI-generated deliverables. You hold sole ultimate liability for reviewing all generated content, scripts, landing pages, and WhatsApp messages before publishment, distribution, or commercial execution. Sgen AI shall not be held liable for customer complaints, copyright claims, trademark infringement, advertising bans, or financial losses arising from automated campaigns.

6. Data Security and Retention

We employ high-grade industry measures (SSL/TLS encryption, segmented databases, and regular penetration testing) to guard against unauthorized access. We retain account data as long as your subscription is active, or until you request deletion. Extracted product cache data may be periodically purged to optimize database metrics.

7. Your Legal Rights

Under the Malaysian PDPA, you retain the legal right to:

• Request access to the personal data we store about you.
• Request corrections of incomplete or outdated records.
• Revoke access tokens granted to Meta, TikTok, or WhatsApp APIs.
• Request permanent account deletion (right to be forgotten).
